emms-playing-time.el:

1 New functions: `emms-playing-time-enable',
`emms-playing-time-disable', `emms-playing-time-toggle', for handling
hook stuffs.

2 Removed `emms-playing-time-display-p' where unnecessary now.

3 Updated commentary and author name. :-)
