Remove codes for loading movie subtitles automatically by emms, since
mplayer has an option(`sub-fuzziness') controlling that.
(emms-player-mplayer-subtitle-checker,
emms-player-mplayer-start-with-subtitle-checker): Removed.
emms-player-mplayer-subtitle-extensions: Removed.
