* Use new function getNameToInstancesIndex instead of tcRnGetInfo
There is some significant performance improvement in the ghc testsuite.
haddock.base: -23.3%
haddock.Cabal: -16.7%
haddock.compiler: -19.8%
* Remove unused imports
