Improvements on posting toots.
- Visual feedback in the buffer of:
- Number of characters
- Content warning flag
- Posting visibility
- Can't post an empty toot.
- Changing visibility to something other than "public".
Still missing:
- Attaching media
- Enabling the NSWF-flag toggling.
